Abstract
To observe the clinical efficacy of long snake moxibustion on the intractable cough. Methods: The moxa and the semen brassicae were laid from “Dazhui” ( GV 14) to “Yaoshu” ( GV 2) along the Governor Vessel on the patient's back. Moxibustion was repeated continuously for three times as a treatment, two treatments a week, two weeks as a therapeutic course, and then the efficacy was assessed after 2 courses.
