Abstract
I learned the following point tapping exercises routine back in 1993, while I was studying Medical Qigong Therapy in Beijing, China. My teacher, Master Zhang Yu Fei, happened to be that year’s 1st Place – Chen Family Taijiquan National China Kungfu Champion. Master Fei was not only a 19th Generation Disciple of Chen Family Taijiquan, but he was additionally one of the senior disciples and main teachers of the famous Chen Taiji Grand-Master Feng Zhiqiang. It was actually Grand-Master Fend who had originally introduced these unique exercises and their health healing applications to the both of us.
