Abstract
I am a 51-year-old woman. I have practiced self-moxibustion at home since July 2016, but I am not an acupuncturist. I have always had eyestrain, tedonitis, and corns on the feet, so I decided to take care of my body. I researched moxibustion in books and on the internet and went to learn the proper moxibustion technique from my acupuncturist. I can now treat the early stages of eyestrain and tendonitis with self-moxibustion. The corns on the feet took longer but they have also gradually diminished. I have greatly felt the benefit of self-moxibustion.
