Abstract
On contralateral needling method is the translation of the annotated version of chapter 63 of the yellow emperor's classic of medicine, on miu ci, by shi ma during ming dynasty. "Miu Ci" refers to contralateral needling of the collaterals as opposted to "ju ci" contralateral needling of the meridians. Miu means crossing-over. This chapter discusses acupuncture techniques of needling the left side while the ride side is suffering and vice versa.
