Abstract
Auriculotherapy has been well-recognized as an appropriate way to address pain and sports-related injuries and to stimulate function restoration of injured tissues. Common auriculotherapy involving the "inverted fetus" presentation may yield marginal results in some patients who have pain and sports-related injuries, especially when dense tissue pathology occurs. Implementing the Nogier advanced auricular phase presentations will lead to improved outcomes. The goals of this article is to enhance the understanding and the importance of advanced auricular phase projections, especially for cases of dense, degenerative pathologies.`
