Abstract
A defining characteristic of Hokushinkai-style acupuncture is its use of very few needles--as few as just one needle and one acupuncture point in a treatment. Even so, this method is very effective for many diseases. We use traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory and vocabulary and treat according to a precise pattern differentiation incorporating methods of abdominal diagnosis and back diagnosis that are unique to traditional Japanese medicine (TJM).
