Abstract
This speech starts with two success stories the author is personally familiar with. Then an overview of the Chinese medicine approach to cancer is presented. Finally, four recent clinical studies which clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of acupuncture in treating cancer symptoms and the side-effects of cancer treatment are highlighted and three new developments of pancreatic medicine from traditional Chinese medicine are discussed.
