Abstract
This paper aims to investigate the effects of the combination of acupuncture and herbs in relieving gastrointestinal side effects caused by chemotherapy. The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), through careful treatment planning based on diagnosis and with the combination of acupuncture and herbs, can alleviate gastrointestinal side effects for cancer patients.
