Abstract

Shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) is a common post-stroke complication. Studies have shown SHS is a clinical manifestation of reflex sympathetic dystrophy. At present, the pathogenesis of SHS after cerebral infarction has not been fully elucidated, and there is no specific treatment for it. From July 2012 to June 2014, 30 patients with SHS after cebreal infarction have been treated by using along-meridian distal point selection to explore its clinical value for SHS.
