Abstract
Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin condition involving the hair follicle and sebaceous gland. It affects mostly skin with the dense sebaceous follicles. It can be attributed to multiple factors. Due to the unknown cause, there is no satisfactory therapy for this condition, except for oral administration or external application of medications. We treated 62 cases with medicinal cake-partitioned moxibustion on Tianshu (ST 25).
