Abstract
Trigeminal neuralgia is a common disease with clinical symptoms of pain, also known as painful convulsions. The main area of pain is located along the distribution area of one or more branches of the tigeminal nerve. It is a kind of intense local pain; the main clinical manifestation is sharp, electric, tearing, lightning, burning and stabbing pain. Talking, eathing, washing the face, and other such activities can cause flare-ups of pain, so it has a serious impact on quality of life. We used comprehensive therapy to treat 22 such cases, and achieved good effect.
