Abstract
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments, such as herbal remedies and needle acupuncture, are becoming increasingly popular in the west. The three case studies illustrate anecdotal evidence for the efficacy of acupuncture in treating depressive symptoms, post-viral fatigue syndrome, and stress-associated infertility. Robust research is continually emerging enabling better integration of eastern and western medicine.
