Abstract
Case report of a 40-year-old woman referred for dizziness. The traditional Chinese medical diagnosis was dizziness caused by retained fluids in the middle energizer. The therapeutic principle was to harmonize the stomach to descend adverse flow of qi and to warm the yang to move water. Treatment: filiform fire needle and herbal medicine.
