Abstract
Periarthritis of the shoulder, also called "frozen shoulder" or "omalgia," is a kind of soft tissue injury dieases of the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres major, teres minor, deltoid, and subscapularis muscles. It is characterized by long-term back pain and shoulder disorder. This research treated scapulohumeral periarthritis by through needling at Tiaokou (ST 38) to Chengshan (BL 57).
