Abstract
The broad discipline of East Asian Medicine has found variant cultural expressions in the countries of the Sinitic Sphere. Korea developed unique approached influenced by its neighbors as well as exerting influence on them. This article examines the historical development of Traditional Korean Medicine, and explores its major theories and approaches within the context of East Asian history.
