Abstract
In the past ten years, some progress has been made in research on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. This article reviewed the mechanism of acupuncture treatment in menopausal syndrome from the regulation of the endocrine system, nervous system and the immune system, regulation of the metabolism of free radicals, regulation of blood lipids and blood and bone calcium levels, along with other aspects, and discussed the issues that should be noted in the future.
