Abstract
Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is a common clinical disease. It is a kind of aseptic inflammation due to the acute or chronic injury of forearm extensor attached to the conylus lateralis humeri. It often causes signficant pain near the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, and seriously affects limb function. The author treated tennis elbow by filiform fire needling from January 2011 to May 2013.
