Abstract
Japanese Shinto principles state that words have power and can directly affect our health; this is called Kokotama ("Word Spirit"). We can utilize Kokotama for healing. I would like to introduce a healing technique using Kokotama power…this can be a type of qi-gong that will bring you health and happiness.
